If you have created a ship, then you know that there are 3 stats - Attack, Durability and Speed. Attack increases damage, Durability increases how long can your ship fight and speed increases attack speed.

First explaining about the stat counting, that '0.1' and '0.2' and so on don't count, only a full number counts. This means, if you have '5.6', then it's considered '5'.

We mainly get, that Attack damages durability, and if your Durability is 0 then you die.
But now to explain attack speed, you attack, that many times, as your attack speed is higher than your opponents.
Like, if you have 4 and your opponent has 1, then you attack 4 times in 1 turn. If your opponent has 2 speed, you attack 2 times in 1 turn.

And finally the way we battle with ships.
Imagine if this is your situation.
DUR: 23
SPD: 4
ATK: 4
DUR: 15
SPD: 2
As you can see, you can deal double damage each turn. This way you both deal the same damage.
But your enemy has lover Durability, so you win!
